The hotel and rooms were super warm and comfortable. we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the restaurant pub for dinner. it was a good location to quickly get to places. We got to blackness castle in about 15 minutes and glasgow in about 40 minutes. the airport was about 20 minutes away, convenient.

the stairs were not hoovered. i walked to my room and noticed it did not look right. on closer inspection, the room had not been cleaned to a departure status. it was disappointing.

the hotel provided convenient access to various attractions; blackness castle was only a 15-minute drive, and reaching glasgow took approximately 40 minutes, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the airport was also conveniently close.
